Scott Fellows was born on September 28 1965. He is the creator of Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide which aired from September 12, 2004 until June 8, 2007. He is also in charge of creating Big Time Rush in 2009. He was in charge of creating now defunct Cartoon Network cartoons, The Tom and Jerry Show and The Moxy Show.
