"Big Time Bonus" is the fourth episode of the fourth season of Big Time Rush, and the sixty-first episode of the overall series. It first aired on Nickelodeon on May 23, 2013.
Plot
To prove to Griffin they are responsible the guys accept a 20,000 dollar bonus for the price of making sure they don't waste any of their money.
James buys a snake named Gordon to impress Lucy due to a lyric he heard in one of her songs, but when he shows her his snake she says it was a metaphor for a bad boy. Later James loses the snake inside the heating ducts and must hire someone to find him. In the end James loses all of his money.
Logan heads off to the bank to deposit his money into the bank so he can easily withdraw it the next day but on the way there he becomes interested in tipping and spends all of his cash on tips until he has one dollar left and that one was given to him by Camille.
Kendall accidentally buys a truckload of oranges after he places the wrong order online and he and Katie must figure out ways to sell all of them off.
Carlos hires an assistant to do all of his work for him including singing but at the end of the day Carlos runs out of money and can't afford his assistance anymore so he quits.
The guys get help from Carlos' assistant to figure out a way to earn all of their money back and sell all of Kendall's oranges to Griffin for $20,000, and turn that in to him the next morning.

Goofs
- Kendall bought $5000 worth of Oranges. However when Griffin bought them they were sold for $20,000. Why wouldn't Griffin have just bought from Sun Squeeze himself he could've saved $15,000.
- When James left the apartment after showing up dressed in the costume he said "Now who's irresponsible with their money" instead of saying "Now who's RESPONSIBLE with their money"
- In the beginning where the guy in on the stand left you'll see that he left the box of gummie buggies on the ground. But 2 shots later, the box disappears.
