George Hawk (played by Phil LaMarr) is Gustavo Rocqué's arch-nemesis. He appeared in Big Time Sparks and Big Time Concert. He is one of the main antagonists of the series, but primarily in season one. He made an appearance in Season 2 but his assistant Rebecca is not seen.

Season One[]
In Big Time Sparks he tried to steal Jordin Sparks from Gustavo so she could record her new song at Hawk Records instead of Rocque Records. He also sent a skunk to make Rocque Records stink and make Jordin leave, but thanks to BTR his plan failed.
In Big Time Concert he is the main villain. Along with his assistant, Rebecca, he convinces James to leave BTR and become a solo artist, offering him riches of many sorts and even gives him a butler named Sebastian. But after James returns to BTR, he and Rebecca kidnap BTR so they can't perform their concert. His plan fails when BTR escapes and Sebastian helps them arrive at their first concert.
Season Two[]
Sometime after Season One, Hawk was arrested for kidnapping the boys but was released for good behavior. What became of Rebecca, however, remains a mystery.
In Big Time Superheroes, Hawk steals the hard drive from his arch-nemesis Gustavo Rocqué to get his revenge. He also tries to release all of their songs before BTR, but at the end of the episode, he is sent back to jail. This is because he bought a hawk costume (and he checked Revenge on his comment card).

Gustavo and Hawk are enemies. In each of Hawk's appearances, their record companies have been in competition. Hawk is shown as continuously trying to steal Gustavo's popularity. It is suspected that Hawk is jealous of Gustavo. In Big Time Sparks he tries stealing Jordin Sparks away from Gustavo. Also, in Big Time Concert, Hawk steals James from BTR and promises him that he'll make him a solo artist as well.
